Rewrite your story after loss

Rebuild yourself after divorce — without rushing your healing

You don’t need the right words.

If This Feels Familiar

You’re getting through your days. You’re handling what needs to be handled — work, family, responsibilities — because that’s what you’ve always done.

But there are moments when it all catches up with you. Especially after an unexpected divorce.

Standing in the kitchen staring out the window, unsure why everything suddenly feels heavier.
Driving somewhere familiar and realizing your mind has been replaying the same thoughts.

If any of this feels familiar, you’re not imagining it and you’re not alone.

Hi, I’m Shannon

I know what it’s like when your life doesn’t turn out the way you thought it would.

When something you trusted ends, and suddenly you’re standing in a life that looks different than the one you imagined.
When you’re still showing up but quietly trying to make sense of what comes next.

I know what it’s like to grieve not just a person or a relationship but a dream, a future, and the version of yourself who thought this part of life was already settled.

I also know how strange it can feel to want more from life again —
and at the same time, not know where to begin.

That experience is what brought me here.
It’s why I now walk alongside women as a divorce recovery coach to help rebuild their lives after loss through storytelling, writing and healing therapy.

Stories from the inbetween

Life can throw many “curve balls” your way. I am here to help rewrite your story of revival. My life hasn’t turned out as expected, but sometimes you don’t get what you want instead you are offered something better. I had to let go of my “old dream” to begin dreaming a more exciting opportunity for my life.

I am stronger, and wiser than when I first started my journey. Come join me as we walk this road together. The best is yet to come…

Find your way forward, step by step

Make sense of where you are right now

Not where you think you “should” be but where you are, emotionally & in your life.

Understand what’s really weighing on you

It’s not failure, but grief, exhaustion, and a new story that hasn’t been rewritten yet.

Reconnect with what still matters to you

Your values, your interests, and the parts of you that didn’t disappear when life changed.

Create your next chapter consciously

At your pace, with support, in a way that feels honest, grounded, & true to who you are now.

You don’t have to do all of this at once or by yourself.
If you’re unsure where to begin, a conversation is often the easiest place to start.

Choose your starting point — when you’re ready

There’s no right way to begin. They’re simply different ways to be supported depending on what feels most helpful right now.

One Conversation
97€

This is a focused, one-off 60-minute conversation designed to help you make sense of where you are and feel less alone in it.

It’s not therapy, and it’s not a place to tell your entire life story. It’s a calm, grounded space to reflect, be heard, and leave with a little more clarity than you arrived with. Many women start here when they’re unsure what they need but know they want a focused, supportive conversation.

Moving Forward
1,800

This is a deeply personal 8-week process shaped around what you’re carrying, what’s shifting, and what you’re ready to meet next.

We don’t fix or rush change.
Instead, we focus on clarity returning, trust rebuilding, and helping your next steps begin to feel more your own — at your pace.
This usually begins with a conversation.

Rebirth Retreat
Available by request

This is a getaway to take time to heal one step at a time.

This is not therapy, but a retreat with other women like you seeking healing, rebirth and transformation after heartbreak or loss. Through story time, writing therapy, tailored meditation and letting go sessions, you’ll leave this immersive experience feeling free, peaceful, celebrated and forever transformed.

I don’t believe in rushing people through change.

When life has shifted in a big way, what’s often needed first is space — space to talk, to reflect, and to make sense of what’s happened, without being pushed toward answers too quickly. Every healing process is unique.

A big part of how I work is through sharing my own experience.
Not as advice, but as a way to make things feel clearer and less isolating.
Often, understanding doesn’t come from being told what to do, but from hearing someone else put words to what you’ve been living.

I walk with you as you reconnect to yourself, your values, and what still wants to live in your life, one step at a time.

Reflections from women I’ve walked alongside…

Alba B.

Patricia A.

“Shannon has been one of the most powerful influences on my path. Her encouragement to me during tough times has enabled me to become the woman that I am today.

It is an honor to call her my mentor and source of encouragement. Shannon has a heart and passion to mentor women all over the world, especially those that are hurt and heart-broken.”

Heidi B.

“Shannon is one of the most down-to-earth, genuine, and inspiring women I have ever known. She has encouraged me when I faced hard times with my family, always quick to share her story to help me find hope and confidence.

Through laughter and sometimes tears, Shannon has been a great guide, friend and influence on my life.

“Meeting Shannon was one of the most profound and moving experiences of my life. Listening to her story shifted something deep inside me. It taught me that our greatest wounds can become our most powerful testimonies, and that sometimes the very thing that nearly breaks us is the gift that sets us free. Thank you, for uplifting us women by reminding us that our worth is not determined by a failed marriage, by society’s expectations, or by being the “perfect wife.” and helping us see that there is life, abundant and beautiful, beyond betrayal and loss.”

You don’t need to have it all figured out now.

Sometimes, the first step is simply being in conversation with someone who understands this chapter without judgment, so you can get clarity on your next step forward.
